Deputy Minister of Finance Zhang Shaochun, Vice Secretary of Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Education Du Yubo inspected on the preparation progress of College of Electronic Science and Engineering(in Planning) accompanied by Secretary Zheng Detao, President Xu Ningsheng, Vice President Chen Chunsheng and Vice President Xu Anlong. Deputy Head of Education, Science and Cultural Department in Ministry of Finance Wu Guosheng, Head of Government Administrative Department Tian Xueping, Vice Chief of Office of Treasury in Ministry of Education Xu Xiaoming and Section Chief Guo Peng also joined the inspection.

Deputy Minister Zhao Shaochun and Vice Secretary and Deputy Minister Du Yubo highly appreciated the work Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) has done which included the construction ideas and preparation progress of College of Electronic Science and Engineering (in Planning). Meanwhile they also encouraged SYSU to continue the preparatory work of the college combining with national strategic requirements as well as the chief needs in the economy’s transformation period in Guangdong Province.
