The competition urges the welfare volunteer teams to change from depending on “blood transfusion” to “hemopoiesis”, which means to transform from relying on funding to independent operation, so as to promote the sustainable development of public welfare undertaking. The competition is going to provide start-up funding, training, guidance, consultation, evaluation, resources, social communication and other support.
