M. Phil. Alfredo F. J.Dájer Abimerhihe, president of University Autonomy of Yucatan and Andrés Aluja Schunemann, director of Foreign Affairs Office, visited SYSU from June 20th-23th. President Huang Daren and vice president Xu Ningsheng met with the guests respectively. The two sides expressed good intentions to further expand cooperation on other disciplines based on the platform of Confucius College.

President Huang Daren spoke highly of UADY’s schooling philosophy, which is “to provide educational opportunity for the poor and serve for the society”. During their stay at SYSU, the guests also visited the east campus and Zhuhai campus and were impressed with the beautiful environment of SYSU and the rapid development of the disciplines.
